At Smart Town, the works connected vehicle circulation with the infrastructure needed to manage the site. Surface preparation, asphalt, markings and signage were coordinated with gates, barriers, sensors and technical infrastructure, supported by a new control and monitoring room and the associated utilities. Working areas, samples and site trials were coordinated with site requirements and the delivery sequence.

Access & technical infrastructure
Preparation of gates, barriers and associated sensors, with foundations, ducting routes and the supporting technical infrastructure.
Control room & utilities
Creation of the control and monitoring room, with the electrical, plumbing, cabling, ducting and associated works supporting the scope.
