The Obhur residential project connected construction stages from the foundations to the rooftop annex. Concrete works, masonry, the tank and waterproofing were coordinated with deliveries, lifting, pours and service requirements as work progressed across the floors.
Concrete construction
Footings, columns, beams and slabs, with preparation for concrete placement.
Masonry, tank & waterproofing
Blockwork, partitions, openings, tank and waterproofing works, together with frontage preparation for the finishing stages.
Site & phase coordination
Coordinating deliveries, plant access, concrete pours and the progression between floors.
